Use the channels below for plan questions, technical support, or data subject rights. We reply within 2 business days.
LGPD center
Export data, correct information, or request deletion/anonymization directly in the authenticated panel.
Service scope
- Microlearning platform with short lessons, spaced reviews, and a monthly guide.
- Content and recommendations may involve generative AI (OpenAI); we review safety and quality, but inaccuracies may occur.
- The free experience and paid plans may change; we will give notice for relevant changes.
Account, access, and responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and must not share credentials.
- It is forbidden to use 5mlearn for illegal activity, scraping, or reverse engineering the service.
- We detect and block abusive use or automations that harm the experience of other users.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Paid plans are processed by Stripe or PIX. Card data stays only with the PSP.
- Cancellations stop future renewals; benefits remain until the end of the paid cycle.
- Refunds follow PSP policy and local law. Contact support for specific cases.
Content, ownership, and licenses
- Lessons and materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution without permission is prohibited.
- Feedback and suggestions may be used to improve the product while respecting LGPD/GDPR.
- 5mlearn trademarks and visual identity remain exclusive company property.
Privacy and LGPD
- We follow principles of minimization, purpose limitation, and security. See the full Privacy Policy for details.
- You can access, correct, delete, or request data portability via the LGPD center (/lgpd) or official channels.
- Security incidents will be notified according to LGPD and applicable regulations.
Availability and support
- We aim for high availability, but the service may be unavailable due to maintenance or external factors.
- We are not liable for indirect damages from downtime or incorrect use of content.
